You will receive an email with the invoice for your order as soon as your package has been shipped. Please note that no paper invoice will be included in the package.

If you have a Dior account, you can also download your invoice directly from your profile under “My Orders.”

If you placed your order as a guest, the invoice will only be sent by email to the address provided at the time of order. For additional copies, please contact our Customer Service.

After the order confirmation, the billing address cannot be changed.

You can add a personalized message to your order during checkout, but only if you choose the Couture Gift Box. The message may contain letters from the Latin alphabet, numbers, and punctuation marks.

The use of symbols or emojis is not allowed in your personalized message.

Giving is an art, and at Parfums Christian Dior, this art is expressed through unparalleled attention to every detail. As part of our Art d’Offrir, two packaging options are available to you when placing your order.

The first is the Eco Shipping Box, which is the default choice. Designed to reduce our environmental impact, this box is 46% lighter than the Couture Gift Box, fully recyclable, made from 90% recycled cardboard, and FSC™ certified.

The second option is the Couture Gift Box, a box with a couture spirit inspired by the ateliers at 30 avenue Montaigne, where our haute couture pieces are created. It embodies the care and high standards of our workshops to make every gift an exceptional and unforgettable moment. For special occasions such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, or Valentine’s Day, the iconic white grained box is systematically replaced by an exclusive edition specially designed to enhance these exceptional moments.

Please note that unfortunately it is not possible to change this choice after the order has been confirmed. Each order is shipped in a single box; if you wish to receive multiple gift boxes, we invite you to place several separate orders.

Some products, such as Miss Dior ABCDior, Miss Dior Bow, and Sauvage Wild Woods, are already presented in an exclusive box specially designed for them. For these items, only the Eco Shipping Box will be offered at checkout; therefore, the Couture Gift Box is not available.
 

As a creator of more responsible and sustainable luxury, Dior now designs all its iconic gift packaging in 100% recycled and fully recyclable* paper and cardboard.

For an even more eco-friendly option, you can choose to refuse the gift box and packaging in favor of the lightweight shipping eco-box available exclusively on Dior.com. With its 46% weight reduction, this minimalist, fully recyclable* packaging saves over 2.5 tons of cardboard and the equivalent of one ton of CO2eq for 10,000 shipments.

Exclusive edition Couture Gift Boxes are available during special periods such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, or Valentine’s Day.

To receive an exclusive edition Couture Gift Box, simply select the Couture Gift Box option when placing your order on Dior.com.

To create your customer account on Dior.com, click the profile icon at the top right of the website, then select “Create Account.” Fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) and click “Create Account” again to complete your registration.

You will receive an email to confirm your email address. Please click the link in that email to activate your account.

Creating an account on www.Dior.com allows you to be quickly identified by the house during your purchases on the online store.
You can also:

• Consult the history of your orders
• Follow the delivery of your orders and returned products
• Update your contact details

For your safety, Dior.com does not save information from your credit card and will in no way share your personal information with a third party.

You can update your Dior.com account information in the “Your Account” section. To do so, click the profile icon at the top right, log in with your username and password, then go to the “Personal Information” section to update your details.

Account deletion cannot be done directly online. If you wish to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service.

To subscribe to the Parfums Christian Dior newsletter, scroll to the bottom of our Dior.com website and enter your email address in the designated field, then confirm your subscription.

You can also manage your communication preferences in your customer account under the “Newsletter” section, where you can select the types of messages you wish to receive and your preferred contact channels.

Products from Parfums Christian Dior are formulated with the utmost care to minimize the risk of allergies, prioritizing skin-friendly ingredients. However, no cosmetic product can be guaranteed to be completely hypoallergenic. Therefore, we recommend that our customers, especially those with sensitive skin, test the products before use. In case of any skin reactions, please contact our Customer Service.

Products from Parfums Christian Dior do not contain gluten in the ingredients of their formulas. As a precaution and to better prevent allergic reactions, all proteins—especially those derived from wheat hydrolysis—have been excluded from the formulas. However, despite constant vigilance and a strict monitoring system, it cannot be guaranteed that no traces of gluten are present due to the manufacturing process at certain suppliers.

Parfums Christian Dior does not conduct animal testing, in accordance with applicable European regulations. The House is committed to developing products with consideration for animal welfare, prioritizing recognized and validated alternative testing methods.

If your package has not yet arrived, please check the status of your order in your Dior.com account under “My Orders.”

If the expected delivery time has been exceeded or you notice a problem, please contact our Customer Service, who will be happy to assist you.

To check a product’s availability, simply select it on the website.
If the “Order” button appears, you can purchase the product online. Only available sizes will be displayed.
If the product is not available online, the “Notify Me” button will allow you to receive a notification as soon as the item is back in stock.

Once the product has been added to your basket, the “Promo code” option will appear in your order summary, before selecting samples and miniatures.

We recommend checking that the product linked to your code is present in your basket to confirm that the gift has been successfully added.

You will typically receive a confirmation email within 2 to 5 minutes after completing your order. Please check both your inbox and your spam folder, as this email may sometimes be redirected there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received the confirmation, please contact our customer service.

An order or item may be cancelled if there is a stock shortage at the time of processing or due to a technical issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In the event of a cancellation, you will receive an email, and the payment will be reversed within a few days.

If you placed your order through your Dior.com customer account, log in to your personal area and click on “Perfume & Beauty Orders.” There, you can view the status of your order:

• Processing: Your order has been confirmed and is being prepared.
• Shipped: Your order has been sent to the specified delivery address.
• Cancelled: The order was cancelled, for example due to product unavailability or payment not being confirmed.

Order processing can take 1 to 2 business days. For orders placed on a Thursday or Friday, processing may be postponed to the following week.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to track the shipment until delivery.

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified (such as changing the address, adding or removing items). Cancellation is possible only under certain conditions.

The cancellation option is available exclusively for customers with an account on Dior.com. If you have an account, you may cancel your order within one hour of confirmation. To do so, log into your account, go to the "My Orders" section, open the relevant order, and use the cancellation option at the bottom of the page.

Please note that some payment methods do not allow cancellations, even for registered customers. In such cases, the option will still appear on the site, but a message will indicate that cancellation is not possible due to the selected payment method. In this case, you may return your order after it has been delivered.

If you placed your order as a guest, unfortunately cancellation is not possible. However, you can still return the order once received, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You can only place up to 3 orders per day. If you wish to have a special gift box for every product, we invite you to place multiple orders.

Payment for purchases on Dior.com can be made using Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or PayPal.

Please note that if you choose Apple Pay or PayPal as your payment method, your order will be shipped in our Eco Shipping Box. If you prefer to receive the Couture Gift Box, please proceed with a standard payment method.

The charge to your card depends on the chosen payment method. For payments made via PayPal, the amount is debited immediately. For other payment methods, a pre-authorization is made at the time of the order, and the final charge is only applied when your order is shipped.

We kindly invite you to ensure that you are browsing the version of the website corresponding to your desired delivery country. Please also make sure that the address provided is a residential address, as we do not deliver to pick-up points, hotels, or automated lockers.

If the issue persists despite these checks, we invite you to contact our Customer Service, who will be happy to assist you in completing your order.

Standard Delivery : Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation email.
A signature is required upon delivery.

• Delivery is free for all orders placed with a Dior.com account.
• For guests (clients without an account): €4.90 delivery fee for orders under €49
• Free delivery for orders €50 and over

Unfortunately, once the order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address provided at the time of purchase.

If you placed the order using a Dior.com account, you still have one hour after confirmation to cancel it directly from your personal account, in the "Perfume & Beauty Orders" section, subject to the conditions related to the payment method. You can then place a new order with the correct information.

If the order is already in the shipping process, we invite you to request the change directly with the carrier via the tracking link that will be sent to you by email.

Order processing takes between 1 and 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take an additional 3 to 5 business days. Please note that exceptions or delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or logistical issues. 

If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days after being placed, we invite you to contact our Customer Service.

Orders placed on Dior.com/en_lu can only be delivered to Luxembourg.

Deliveries to other countries are not available at this time.

If you wish to be delivered to another country, please scroll to the bottom of the page, in the footer, and click on "Choose your Country or Region & Language". Then select the desired delivery country to access the local version of the site and place your order.

Please note that all complimentary items—such as gifts, samples, miniatures, or pouches—are subject to availability at the moment your order is prepared.
If an item is unavailable, it will not be included in your package, and unfortunately, we are unable to resend or replace it afterwards

If an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your package.

To help us process your request more efficiently, please have the following information ready:

• Your order number
• A photo of the package, including the shipping label
• A photo of all the items received in the package
• A copy of the invoice you received by email with the shipping confirmation
   

Our team will conduct the necessary checks and get back to you as soon as possible.

You will receive a refund within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return at our warehouse, provided that the return conditions are met.

Once the return has been validated by our team, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will then be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase, usually within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

If you have not received the refund within 20 calendar days from the receipt of the return, please contact our Customer Service.

To return your order using the prepaid return label included in your parcel, please follow these steps:

• Fill in the return form included in your package, indicating the reason for your return, and place it inside the parcel.
• Paste the return label that was included in your parcel on your parcel, making sure to remove any previous shipping labels.
• Drop off your parcel at the pick-up point of your choice.

Please keep your proof of drop-off, as it is essential for tracking your return and resolving any issues.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to make a return.

To ensure your return is accepted and refunded, please follow these conditions:

• Products must be unopened, unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
• If you return your entire order, you must also return any samples, miniatures, or complimentary gifts received.
• If you return only part of your order, you may keep the complimentary items.
• Personalized or engraved products are not refundable except in case of defect. In such cases, please contact Customer Service.

Refund processing:

Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse. Once validated, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be made via the original payment method. It should appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.

For all purchases made between November and December, the return period is exceptionally extended until January 6th.
