The transition period before the launch of our new loyalty program starts on 2nd February 2026 and will continue until 2nd June 2026 inclusive (“Transition Period”), or any other extended date.
Until and including 28th February 2026, you can continue to earn points on your purchases as part of the current program. Until closing time of our boutiques and counters on 31st March 2026, you will get the opportunity to redeem gifts from the gift redemption menu with your accumulated points as per the existing loyalty program. This means you may redeem up to two gifts per tier from the current menu. Please note that gift redemption is subject to availability and there is no conversion to cash or other benefits.
After 31st March 2026 or any other extended date, any unused & valid points previously accrued up to and including 28th February 2026 will expire and will no longer be redeemable (whether in cash, in gift or in any other manner), and those points will also not be able be transferred to the future program. No compensation, monetary value, or alternative rewards will be provided for expired points.
While waiting for any future program to launch during the Transition Period, you can still progress within the three existing loyalty tiers. Dior Fan members may receive their Birthday gift and Dior Platinum members may receive their Birthday gift and Welcome Platinum Upgrade gift, as per the existing program, subject to availability, during and until the end of the Transition Period.
