The transition period before the launch of our new loyalty program starts on 2nd February 2026 and will continue until 2nd June 2026 inclusive (“Transition Period”), or any other extended date. 

Until and including 28th February 2026, you can continue to earn points on your purchases as part of the current program. Until closing time of our boutiques and counters on 31st March 2026, you will get the opportunity to redeem gifts from the gift redemption menu with your accumulated points as per the existing loyalty program. This means you may redeem up to two gifts per tier from the current menu. Please note that gift redemption is subject to availability and there is no conversion to cash or other benefits. 

After 31st March 2026 or any other extended date, any unused & valid points previously accrued up to and including 28th February 2026 will expire and will no longer be redeemable (whether in cash, in gift or in any other manner), and those points will also not be able be transferred to the future program. No compensation, monetary value, or alternative rewards will be provided for expired points. 

While waiting for any future program to launch during the Transition Period, you can still progress within the three existing loyalty tiers. Dior Fan members may receive their Birthday gift and Dior Platinum members may receive their Birthday gift and Welcome Platinum Upgrade gift, as per the existing program, subject to availability, during and until the end of the Transition Period. 

Next Day Delivery services are available for orders placed between Monday to Thursday and are offered complimentary for orders with a minimum purchase of $900.

A delivery fee of $25 will apply for orders below $900. To be eligible for next-day delivery, orders will have to be placed before 5pm to guarantee delivery by 10pm the next working day. Orders placed after 5pm will only be delivered the following working day. Our logistics provider will call you before delivery of your order. Should they be unable to reach you or deliver your parcel, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

All requests for delivery at a specific time will be subject to our logistics partner’s capability.

In our boutiques and counters, our Dior Beauty Consultants will be able to answer your questions and assist you as best as possible during this Transition Period.

If you placed your order via your Dior customer account or you created an account on shop.dior.com.sg when you placed your order, log in to My Account then click on "my orders". You will then be able to follow the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number to track your order.

Cancelled Orders: the order has been cancelled due to lack of availability of the product. It is also possible that payment of your order has not been validated.

Pending Orders: payment for the order has not been finalised. A Customer Service adviser will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.

In Preparation: the order has been validated and is being prepared.

Shipping: your order has been shipped. You will receive a SMS with your tracking information.

Completed: the order has been shipped to the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order online.

In order to check the availability of an item, search or browse the site and select the product that interests you and click on it. This will result in one of two things:

If you would like to purchase these items in-store, please find your preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique via the Store Locator. Please note, that some products may be available exclusively online on Dior.com/en_sg/beauty. 

Until and including 31st March 2026, you can redeem your accumulated points according to the existing rules of the loyalty program. This means you can select up to two of each redemption gift  once you reach the next tier level (and this is available only once) from the current gift menu, subject to product availability.  

Parfums Christian Dior and/ or its affiliates has the sole discretion in determining the selection of gifts. Any selected products which is/ are unavailable will not be able to be converted into cash or be subject to any deferred receipt. Participants are required to choose from available selections, and no compensation (monetary or otherwise) will be provided for unavailable items. Any selected products which are unavailable will not be able to be converted into cash or be subject to any deferred receipt. Gifts shall only be redeemed in our physical boutiques and counters (no gift redemption on our online boutique). 

Without limiting any other parts, please note that all loyalty program reward offerings are contingent upon availability. Given the concurrent transition and revision of our gift menu and selection, the provision of specific gifts cannot be guaranteed. In the event of unavailability, an alternative gift option may be provided (but without guarantee), subject to its own stock levels. This policy is effective throughout the Transition Period. 

See above. Throughout the Transition Period, you have the opportunity to redeem your points for gifts. Once this period has passed, it will no longer be possible to use or redeem your points, and they will be considered expired. 

All unredeemed points by closing time of our boutiques and counters on 31st March 2026 will expire and will no longer be valid for any redemption. No compensation, monetary value, or alternative rewards will be provided for expired points. We strongly encourage you to redeem your points before the specified deadline to avoid forfeiture.

In the event you would like to initiate a return from your recent Dior purchase, please contact our customer care team within 7 days from the date of receiving of the parcel. Our Dior Beauty Customer Service will assess the issue and assist you with the return of the item(s).

Once the request has been agreed upon, a complimentary return will be arranged via our logistic providers.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition. In the event of the return of products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer.

Purchases made online via Dior online Boutique cannot be exchanged, refunded, or repackaged at any of our Dior Counters or Dior Boutiques. This policy is only applicable to purchase(s) made online via Dior Online Boutique. For any purchase(s) made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique, please refer to the original place of purchase to request for a return.

This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the Singaporean law.

Refunds: Upon agreement with our online customer service representative to be refunded for the purchase, we will process the approved refund within 5 working days from receiving the Returned Item(s). You will receive an email notification of your refund status from our Dior Customer Service team. 

All refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the time required to refund a credit to your account may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card for more details. 

Shipping fees of returned packages is non-refundable. 

Parfums Christian Dior Singapore reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time, without notice. 

No, it is not possible to exchange your points for cash or a refund. Your points are only redeemable for gifts from the current gift menu. See above. There is also not deferred receipt of unavailable gifts.
