How can I find out if a product is available on Dior.com?

Some of our Dior products are available for purchase on our Dior Beauty Online Boutique – https://www.dior.com/en_sg/beauty/

In order to check the availability of an item, search or browse the site and select the product that interests you and click on it. This will result in one of two things:

If the "order" button appears, this means that you can order it online. Please be aware that only the available sizes and shades will be displayed.

It is, however, possible that the item you are looking for is out of stock for online purchase, in which case it will be marked "out of stock".

You can contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be delighted to assist you if you cannot find a particular item.

How do I place an order?

Once you have found the product that interests you:

  • select the quantity that you want to order (a maximum limit of 3 units applies per product)
  • click the "add to cart" button (your shopping cart will display)

Continue Shopping and when you’re ready to complete your order click the “cart icon” at the top of the page or click continue to payment on any product page to go to Checkout.

On the “checkout” page, check your order items are correct. Add your contact information, shipping address and marketing communication opt-in preferences, then add your billing address and payment details. Please check the order summary to confirm all information in your order is correct and then click "pay now".

If your payment is successful and your order has been received by Dior, an Order Confirmation page with your order confirmation number will display on the website. You will also immediately be sent an order confirmation & receipt email to the email address you entered when you placed your order.

Can I purchase these products in-store?

If you would like to purchase these items in-store, please find your preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique via the Store Locator. Please note, that some products may be available exclusively online on Dior.com/en_sg/beauty. 

How do I create an online account?

You can create your account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Then click on "Create an account" and fill in the obligatory information. Finally, click on “Create my account.” You will be sent a Confirmation email to the email address provided when creating your account. If you require assistance or further information, please contact our Customer Service. If you already have Dior Beauty Account with your preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, please click the “My Account” page. Click “I forgot my password” on the right panel and enter your email address that you registered with. An email prompting you to reset your password will be emailed to you. If you don’t receive this email, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the details below.

How can i get a receipt for my online purchase?

For all orders placed on the Dior Beauty website, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order. Additionally, members can login to download a digital copy of their receipt. 

Is an online purchase on Dior.com secure?

All transactions completed on the shop.dior.com.sg website are secure and a SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Dior makes a commitment to our customers not to save any credit card information.

Finally, we reinforce the security of payments by means of a 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard that are equipped for this. An additional step is taken at the time of payment, which enables verification of the identity of the credit card holder and validation of the transaction.

Each bank has its own authentication. For any question regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.

Does Dior offer product samples?

Dior Beauty offers one complimentary sample of your choice, with any order, while members are offered the choice of three complimentary samples with their orders. Simply select your choice of samples after you have added your products to cart and follow the checkout process. Samples may vary due to availability. 

Does Dior a complimentary iconic gift wrap service?

Your order will be presented in complimentary Dior Beauty gift packaging, accompanied by a personalised message if you choose to send it as a gift. To reduce our environmental impact, Eco-packaging service is also available for your selection.  
 
For our gift wrapping option, your order will be presented in an iconic Dior gift box or gift clutch. Paper bags are not included in packages as products will be presented in a Dior gift clutch or gift box then placed in a protective outer carton for purpose of safe transportation. We do not offer individual gift wrapping for items within a single receipt/ transaction. 
 

Limited Edition Art of Gifting boxes & clutches are only available during certain festive periods. Art of Gifting images are for illustration purpose only and packaging may differ depending on the order contents and stock availability. 

Can I purchase a product in bulk?

There is a maximum limit of 3 items of the same product per order on the Dior Beauty Website. 

How do i apply a promotion code?

All promotional offer codes are added at checkout on the View Cart page. Before entering your offer code, please fully read the Terms & Conditions associated with the offer/promotion, to ensure that your order meets the qualifying terms to be applied. Only one offer code may be used per order and offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including but not limited to sale items, new launches, gift sets, limited editions. NOTE: Offers cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the qualifying promotional dates. Any orders placed before the start, and after the expiry of the offer, will not qualify for the offer.

What services are available online?

Engraving service is available for selected product at $10 per engraving unless otherwise stated. 
 
Complimentary engraving service may be provided during selected occasions which will be stated on homepage.

Where does the Dior Beauty online ship?

Dior Beauty online orders are shipped via Ninjavan to Singapore addresses only and must be signed for upon delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer click & collect for in-store collection at any Dior Beauty Boutique or Counter.

What happens if i'm not available to receive my package upon delivery?

All Dior Beauty Online Boutique orders must be signed for on delivery. If you’re not available to receive your package upon delivery, Our logistics provider will leave contact information for you to make alternative arrangements. Please contact them at support_sg@ninjavan.co should you need to enquire about your package delivery.

What are the delivery charges involved?

Complimentary standard delivery is offered on orders with a minimum purchase of $100. A delivery fee of $10 will apply for orders below $100.  

Please expect delivery to take between 2 to 5 days – excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Please note that delivery may be delayed by an additional 2-3 week days during holiday and peak periods. 

How does Next Day Delivery work?

Next Day Delivery services are available for orders placed between Monday to Thursday and are offered complimentary for orders with a minimum purchase of $900.

A delivery fee of $25 will apply for orders below $900. To be eligible for next-day delivery, orders will have to be placed before 5pm to guarantee delivery by 10pm the next working day. Orders placed after 5pm will only be delivered the following working day. Our logistics provider will call you before delivery of your order. Should they be unable to reach you or deliver your parcel, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

All requests for delivery at a specific time will be subject to our logistics partner’s capability.

What is the Dior Online Boutique returns policy?

Currently, we only accept return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) placed on www.dior.com/en_sg/beauty

Samples and gifts with purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

We do not accept or process any return request(s) for any customized/engraved item(s), unless the said customized/engraved item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Partial and full refund(s) may be offered by Dior Beauty for return request(s), subject to the assessment of the actual item(s) by our Dior Beauty Customer Service.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Dior Beauty Website - www.dior.com/en_sg/beauty. For purchases made in-store at a Dior Beauty Counter or a Dior Beauty Boutique please refer to the original place of purchase to obtain a return.

This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the Singaporean law.

What do I do if there is an issue with the item I received?

Please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days from the delivery date of your order(s) via the details below. 

How to make a return?

1) Contact Customer Service

Please contact our Customer Service within 7 days from the delivery date of your order(s) via the details below. Our Dior Beauty Customer Service will assess the issue and assist you with the return of the item(s). 

2) Return the Item(s) to Dior

All Returned Item(s) must be sent to our Dior Head Office together with a duly signed and completed Return Form at the following address within 7 days from the day we accept your return request(s) through our Dior Beauty Customer Service. 

Our Customer Service team will liaise with you to arrange a complimentary return at an agreed date and time. 

Please pack the returned item(s) together with the gifts received from the transaction in the reusable Dior Outer Box that you received with your order(s) in. Our representative will pick-up the items at the agreed location, date and time. 

Upon our receipt of the Returned Item(s), they will be assessed by Dior Beauty Customer Service and we will contact you to arrange for a refund. 

3) Processing the refund

Refunds: Upon agreement with our online customer service representative to be refunded for the purchase, we will process the approved refund within 5 working days from receiving the Returned Item(s). You will receive an email notification of your refund status from our Dior Customer Service team. 

All refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the time required to refund a credit to your account may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card for more details. 

Shipping fees of returned packages is non-refundable. 

Parfums Christian Dior Singapore reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time, without notice.

Can I make changes or cancel my account on Dior.com?

You can modify the information in your Dior account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Enter your email address and your password and, once you are logged in, click on the options under 'My Account' to change or delete information. If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.
